🔁 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with applicable consumer laws, you have a 14-day calendar period from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

📦 Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

Customized products or items on sale may not be eligible for return (see exceptions below).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:

The refund will be issued via the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred on our part.
